it's been forever..

I have been distracted by the most odd ball stuff and it's back on the ol' pony.

I made Big Daddy Ryan's Ham yesterday. The boys have plowed through most of it as it was absolutely perfect. Tender, moist, sure it's now in pig heaven, with

little angel wings, and a solid gold pig halo.

Good pig.
